Our Idea:

111024 - WG_Funded_land_mono jpg - LogoLearners will be able to see, experience and represent the school at the commemoration service at Mametz Wood in July 2016.  There will be 8-10 Sixth Form students involved in the project.  The work produced as part of the project will be used in History lessons and whole school assemblies for Year 7-13 which will maximise the impact of the work undertaken. Pupils will design and make 2 wreaths, one which will be laid at the Mametz Service and the sister wreath to be kept in school alongside the school designed permanent war memorial.
